Privacy and Credit Card Information
We take your privacy and security seriously. No information is sold, shared or traded. Your name, address and telephone number are safe with us. Our site uses encrypted hypertext transfer protocol to ensure that no one gets your credit card but us. Never email your credit card information to us or anyone! Email is NOT encrypted and NOT secure. We report all attempts at credit card fraud immediately. Your billing address including ZIP code must match EXACTLY what your credit card company has for you on file.

Wholesale Orders
For First Time Buyers, Sales Tax Certificate or business license is required. $250 order minimum. Applications are processed promptly. Please email us for an application info@allmarbledesigns.com. We will call for your credit card number if it is ever needed. Staff cannot discuss projects or color schemes on the phone. We gladly answer these questions in detail via email info@allmarbledesigns.com.

Retail Location?
We are wholesale distributors, and our insurance policy does not allow public access. If you are a Retail Customer, please contact our Customer Service team to get information about the closest showrooms in your area.

Shipping
Orders are shipped when payment in full is received, so payment via PayPal or credit card is recommended. For orders that need to be shipped in pallets or crates, we use national and regional LTL Carriers. For smaller orders we use UPS Ground (other options are available if specified by the customer).

Check or Money Order
We now accept money orders as payment. Please keep in mind that if you send us a check instead of a money order, it will need to be deposited for at least 7 days before we can ship. Use money orders for faster turn around.

C.O.D. Orders
C.O.D. orders are accepted only for approved Customers.

Sales Tax
Customers with Florida addresses are automatically charged 6% sales tax by State Law, unless a valid Sales Tax Certificate is presented before the transaction.

Returns
We can't accept returns on tile and stone. Please order samples if you need to be sure. Here is our official return policy: All sales are final except for manufacturer defects only within 10 days. Note that natural stone, porcelain, ceramic, clay, adove and glass tile products vary slightly in color, shade, cuts and uniformity between and even within manufacturer lots and can’t be guaranteed. Please order enough for the job and avoid matching colors between multiple orders if possible. Unauthorized returns will NOT be credited to customer accounts. Please read product descriptions, including dimensions, before ordering We cannot refund payment for refused shipments, so please email us promptly if you change your mind, and we will try to stop the package before it leaves the warehouse. Accepted returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus related freight charges. Material that is returned must be packaged for pick-up in the same way it was received.

Risk, Loss and Disclaimers
All Marble Designs makes no warranties express or implied about our mosaic, our websites, the materials sold therein or the suitability of either the website, the mosaic or the materials for any purpose. Customers assume all risk of loss or damage for materials in transit once they leave our Florida facility. However, orders shipped via UPS can be insured if requested during the transaction. Product colors, backing, and overall appearance may vary from product sample pictures shown on our website. All Marble Designs will have no other liability for incidental, consequential or resultant damages, whether due to breach of negligence or strict liability.

Samples
Please email us to request samples and we will reply with a simple procedure to get samples fast through Priority Mail.

Canada
Customers with Canadian addresses can order directly through the website provided. using PayPal. PayPal is easy, secure and allows you to shop all over the Internet without giving your credit card information to every business you shop. PayPal is HIGHLY recommended for all customers. Shipping has to be defined by the customer.

Other International Orders
Customers in countries other than the US and Canada can order only by fax and should email us or fax us for the procedure. Please remember that your country may charge you a customs duty fee when you receive your package, and this fee is not included in our shipping charge. International customers must use PayPal to pay for their order. PayPal is easy, secure and allows you to shop all over the Internet without giving your credit card information to every business you shop. PayPal is HIGHLY recommended for all customers.
